We zijn zo gefixeerd op \u2018alles goed moeten doen\u2019 , en dit in alle lagen van onze menselijke relaties: collega\u2019s, baas, man\/vrouw, kinderen. We lopen onszelf gewoon straal voorbij (jawel, wij trappen ook in die val).<\/p>\n<p>Even \u2018ademen\u2019, bij jezelf komen, tijd nemen en bewust aan zelfzorg doen brengt jouw levenskwaliteit zeker op een hoger niveau.
